She's red, she's sweet, she's irresistible......She's STRAWBERRY!

Strawberry is a beautiful 7 year old female basset hound who was relinquished to a local shelter after her owner became disabled and could not care for her. Her former owner only had her for about a year so we do not know much about her, but it seems she may have had some pups along the way.

Strawberry is a real sweet heart, she just loves to be rubbed and petted. She is a quiet girl and does great on car rides. She knows what a dog door is and did fine around the dogs of our volunteer who picked her up. 

This is one fine looking girl with nice long ears and wrinkly basset legs and a chubby butt! She is currently being vetted and will be spayed and then will be kenneled near Cincinnati if a foster or forever home doesn't step up for this darling!
