Scooter is an 8 month old male tri-colored basset hound who is just a gem of a dog! Scooter came to OBHR because he was just too much puppy for his previous owners. 

He is already fixed and getting all of his shots and will be ready for a new forever home soon! Scooter is a young man and full of a lot of energy. He will need a house with a nice big fenced yard for sure, and it wouldn't hurt to have another 4 legged friend for him to play with and help him work off his puppy energy.
