Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

New dog alert! OBHR Welcomes Scott - a 6 year old bagel out of West Virginia. His owner passed away, and unfortunately no one in the family wanted him. He is good with cats and other dogs, and he rode well in the car. He is currently with his new foster family and doing really well! He is getting along great with his new brothers and sisters, and doing well with house training.  He will need a furever home - and definitely some TLC,  we imagine he is very sad! Please consider adopting this sweet boy.
