Foster home update:

***Marvin is a sweet boy, born in August 2015.  He’s potty trained, likes to snuggle, and play with toys.  He’ll play well with other dogs, however he doesn’t like it when other dogs are around his food bowl.  He likes the bathtub and will try to climb in!  Drinking from the bathtub nozzle is something he gets a kick out of too!  When Marvin is hungry he’ll do a funny dance and “talk” to you.  He’s a good boy in need of a loving, special home.  Marvin’s future family will need to crate him at night, you see, when Marvin is sleeping and something touches him or startles him awake he lashes out.  Because of this, Marvin should be in a home without children and as an only dog.  It appears to be something he does during the state before he’s fully awake, so it will take a special family to be able to understand and provide Marvin with the space he needs while he’s asleep. ***

Meet Marvelous Marvin!

Marvin is a stunning young basset boy, only a year and a half old. He is an energetic boy and would do great in a home with another 4 legged friend to keep him company and to play with him! 

Marvin is currently being fostered in South Lyon, MI and is really hoping for a new home for the holidays!
