Meet the lovely senior basset mix Clara!
Clara is about 10 years young and has come to OBHR with some medical issues. She would not walk at all for the VA shelter where she came from and they thought she might need a wheel chair because of back issues. Then Clara walked for us! After being examined by our vet it appears that she sustained a serious injury to one of her legs that was never treated, so it healed improperly. They think she may have been hit by a car.
Clara has recently moved into a new foster home and is doing great! She is currently located in Galena, OH.

Special Needs: She had an untreated leg injury that makes it difficult for her to walk. She is currently undergoing therapy.
